Step One:
The audio is streamed into your computer using the RealAudio® G2 media player. To listen to the Webcast, simply download the FREE RealAudio® player (www.real.com) onto your hard drive. We recommend that you check the screen carefully to locate the free version of RealPlayer G2 or you may choose the enhanced version at a cost.

Click on the logo to download

Viewers must download the RealPlayer G2 in order to listen to the Webcast and view the video segments.

Step Two:

The free RealPlayer G2 must be installed on your computer's hard drive. Before downloading the media player, (also known as a plug-in, because it literally "plugs-in" to your computer), go through the following checklist and then fill out the online RealAudio form:

Computer and operating system: PC, PC-compatible, Mac OS® or Unix: HP-UX®, Solaris®, IRIX®, AIX® and other machines which run with Netscape® or MS Internet Explorer®
Equipped with 16-bit sound card and speakers
Minimum 16 MB of RAM
CPU: preferably Pentium or Mac Power PC
Internet connection, minimum 28.8 Kbps modem or better, T1 or ISDN
Java and JavaScript enabled on your Web browser (See FAQ for additional instructions on enabling Java and JavaScript.)

Step Three:

When prompted "Save to Disk", choose the default or specify a different file name and location (for example, C:\WebcastAudio) where you want the RealAudio installation program to be saved on your hard drive.

You will need to completely close and restart your browser to initialize and load the RealPlayer G2 plug-in.

Find and launch the file you downloaded by exploring your hard drive or choosing the Run option in the Start menu. The RealPlayer G2 will install automatically. It only takes a few minutes.

Step Four:

Once your system is ready, go to the WEBCAST page and click on the audio icon to access synchronized audio and slide presentation.
