It's a somewhat difficult title to talk to two days before the ELITE II Trial presents, and if you were here hoping I was going to tell you the results of ELITE II I'm afraid I'm going to disappoint you.

However I would say that I am going to talk about a class of drugs where I think we will actually get more information in the early part of the new millenium than probably any other group of drugs in heart failure.
